December 2013

We had a fantastic December filled with many great moments. It was such a busy month but filled with fun school activities, our 10 year anniversary, a week long trip to Houston, and celebrating the birth of Jesus!

An ice storm shut down Dallas for several days. Kids posing in front of our backyard tree with large limb down.

We went sledding! Brian and Caroline joined us. Such a fun day!  Who knew Dallas could be so wintery?

So thankful for these two in our lives!

Polar Express Day at school. Here is Saylor (holding her golden ticket) with Mrs. Leavell.
 Preschool Art
Field trip to Northpark Mall with Saylor's class

We said goodbye to our wonderful friends, the Thomas family. :( We are so sad to see them go, but happy for their new adventures in Oklahoma. These two had so much fun together. So much silliness.
 Sweet Christmas Program at school.

Nightly advent story. We loved seeing Gray really get into this this year. He knew the story as well as Say, and he was so animated every night. :)
 Christmas Supper Club - buddies
Gray pretending Lovie is Baby Jesus
 Home made Christmas cookies
Christmas pancakes for dinner one night
Say and I got to see Frozen after 3 days of being cooped up potty training Gray. We loved it!

Saylor's pre k class has been so much fun this year. Her teachers are awesome and plan so many fun activities. They had a Thanksgiving Feast...here is my little Flower Blossom. Love her!
